0: Made in the USA, Custom Hand Made. The process of making the skull necklaces: Starts with a large flat sheet of copper. Initially made as a template piece which was a free hand drawing that was cut out. The template is used to trace the rest of the batch. A tiny jewelers saw is used and each is hand cut. A small hole is drilled and then cut out to make the eye and spade. Every piece is filed and sanded then taken to a piece of an old railroad and hammered to get the rough texture look. Next each piece is placed in a patina process called liver of sulfur where it gets a dark coloring and then polished with steel wool (same for the chain). Lastly the charm is attached to the chain with a jump ring and pliers.
